Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your confirmed order only under one condition — if the product ordered by you is not in stock.

In all other cases, if you wish to cancel your order, the Goods Return Policy will be applicable. Kindly refer to the same below.

Goods Return Policy

The goods must be returned to us within 15 days of receipt, along with a valid reason for non-acceptance, and must meet the following conditions:

  1. The goods and all packaging must be in their original condition
  2. The goods must be securely wrapped
  3. The return must include the original delivery slip
  4. The goods must be returned at your own risk and cost

We are under no obligation to collect or recover goods from you. However, if we do arrange collection, the cost will be payable by you.

Refund Policy

Once we receive the goods as per the Goods Return Policy, we will process the refund as follows:

  • The refund will be credited to your credit/debit card
  • The refund amount will include only the purchase price of the goods
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable
  • Refunds will be processed within 45–60 days from the date of receipt of returned goods

Out-of-Stock Items

If a product you ordered is not available in stock, we will offer alternatives before dispatch. In such cases, you may:

  1. Cancel your order, or
  2. Proceed with the order excluding the out-of-stock item

If you choose a refund for the unavailable product:

  • The refund will be processed for the product amount only (excluding shipping and handling charges)
  • The refund will be credited to your credit/debit card
  • Processing time will be 45–60 days from the date of receipt
